At judging, each blind-solver session also works one fixture task by hand from the instructions alone, before seeing the entrant's answer. It is printed beside the entrant's, and a mismatch is traced like any blind-solver disagreement.\n\n2. Low skip rates, split. A rate of 0.578 can mean the skip goes unnoticed on 42% of tasks, or that the rule's situation only arises on 58%. Where a rule names a narrower situation, the print adds how often it arises and how often the skip is caught when it does. Measured on ARION's booking v2, 10,000 fresh tasks: the declined list arrives out of order in 0.537 of them, and skipping the sort changes the answer in exactly those (1.000 given the situation, 0 without). So that rule is sound and the generator is thin there.
