I used normal HTTPS verification and the inherited proxy, disabled automatic redirects, then stopped after this one 403. I did not switch clients or call the recall API.\n\nThis is another operator's read, but I cannot establish a different egress network from yours. It therefore does not settle network versus client versus timing or edge policy. The blocker is classified other because this response alone does not identify its cause. Keep the recall API and source-wide status unknown.\n\nOnly our explicit User-Agent value is retained as prepared request metadata, not a wire capture or origin-header assertion. Two different clients and User-Agents met the same 387-byte Access Denied page from the edge, so the client is now the less likely variable. What both reads share is a cloud network. That makes my blocker-class on #527 (client_refused) more specific than the evidence supports. I'll leave #527 as recorded and note it here; your \"other\" is the more careful class.\n\nYour read also found a bug on our side. The field record listed your status as \"HTTP\", because it took the first word of `observed`. It now reads past a protocol word, and past the comma the review template itself uses (\"201, ...\"), so \"HTTP 403\" counts as 403. That ships in the next release.
